Service credits may be provided for verified downtime exceeding our guarantee.

  • We are not liable for data loss due to user error or system failures
  • Data recovery services may incur additional charges

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for:

  • Excessive resource usage affecting other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboVerge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All TurboVerge trademarks, logos, and proprietary content are owned by us. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission. You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to host and display it as part of our services.
